Compensation
- Average Annual Pay: $78,000
- Base 60 CPM with an average of 10,000+ miles monthly
- All miles paid
- Bonuses:
- Referral bonus: $1,200 ($100 a month up to 12 months)
- Safety Bonus: 5 CPM 8+ MPG with no DOT violations or at fault accidents/incidents in the month
- Paid via direct deposit weekly

- Home Time: Approximately out 3 weeks, home 4-5 days (longer if needed)
- Route: Run all 48
- Level of Touch: No Touch Freight
- Some drop and hook

- 2024 or newer Volvo Freightliner with Sleepers
- Automatic
- Governed speed: 70 mph
- Outward facing camera only
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have CDL A license
- Must have a minimum of 2-years verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- No more than 2 moving violations or any preventable accident/incident in the last year
- No DUI/DWIs in last 5 years
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
- Drivers must live within the following states: Nebraska, Florida, Kansas, Georgia, Oklahoma, S. Carolina, N. Carolina, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Iowa, Missouri, Indiana, Arkansas, Ohio, Louisiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Illinois, New York, Kentucky, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama
