Compensation

• Average Weekly Gross Pay: $6,000 - $10,000
• 85% of the gross line-haul rate

Home Time, Route and Schedule

• OTR: Out 2-3 weeks. Home for 34-hour reset
• Regional: Home one day a week
• Average 2,500-3,000 miles per week
• Routes: Nationwide
• Level of touch: Mix of touch and no touch
  
  

Equipment Requirements

• Any year of truck as long as it passes inspection
  
  

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL A License
• Minimum 23 years of age
• Minimum 2-years verifiable tractor trailer driving experience in the last 10 years
• Physical damage coverage
• No more than three (3) moving violations within the last thirty-six (36) months.
• No more than two (2) preventable accidents within the last twenty-four (24) months
• Must be able to pass a FMCSA pre-hire drug screen and have no prior FMCSA positive drug and/or alcohol testing or refusals within the last 10 years
• Must be able to pass a previous employer and criminal background check. No misdemeanor in the last five (5) years or felony convictions in the last seven (7) years
