Job TitleDirector, Product Management – Diagnostics Reports ToThe Director, Product Management – Diagnostics will report to the Chief Commercial Office Job OverviewThe Director, Product Management will define and execute the global product strategy for our diagnostic portfolio, leading end-to-end product strategy (i.e., from early-stage conceptualization through clinical validation, regulatory approval, and commercial launch) and across commercial segments. Importantly, this individual will drive the marketing of our new IVD kit as a product and evaluate and execute its delivery through new and existing lab channels. This role will bridge the gap between R&D, the clinical lab, regulatory, compliance, and commercial operations. This position will work closely with and support the existing Sales and Marketing teams -- particularly in collaboration with the SVP of Sales and the VP of Marketing -- and be a valuable member of the company’s senior leadership team (SLT).
