ATBM Job Description
Checkpoint Surgical is looking for a motivated, high-potential Associate Territory Business Manager (ATBM) to join our sales team and make an immediate impact in the field. This is your entry point into a career in medical device sales, working alongside an experienced Territory Business Manager (TBM) while taking ownership of your own accounts, activities, and goals.
In this role, you’ll learn the business from the ground up, developing the clinical knowledge, selling skills, and territory management expertise needed to become a successful TBM. You’ll play a key role in expanding our presence, building relationships, and driving adoption of our innovative technologies that are transforming nerve care.
This is more than a “training” role. You’ll have measurable goals, independent responsibilities, and the opportunity to demonstrate your ability to grow into a full TBM position.
What You’ll Do:
- Support and collaborate with your Territory Business Manager to drive revenue in your assigned territory.
- Own specific accounts, opportunities, and activity goals that contribute directly to territory growth.
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital decision-makers.
- Provide in-service education, product demonstrations, and procedural support as needed.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while deepening penetration in existing accounts.
- Maintain a disciplined and accurate pipeline, following up with urgency and precision.
- Represent Checkpoint Surgical with professionalism, curiosity, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
