Axuall is looking for a Senior Communications Manager who will lead the creation of Axuall’s voice in the marketplace and thought leadership development to position Axuall as the thought leader in healthcare workforce optimization.

What You’ll Do

  • Communicates with impact by leading all writing efforts through the conceptualization, drafting, editing, and delivery stages
  • Works closely with the leadership team to shape and sharpen our professional voice
  • Assists in promoting the company presence at industry trade shows, events and public forums
  • Hones Marketing efforts to highlight and showcase key client successes and testimonials for wider company reputation among users
  • Supports tactics and modalities to amplify brand awareness, through thought leadership and sales enablement content
  • Manages company style guidelines; serves as copy chief for all client-facing and market-oriented written materials

Content Development:

  • Will serve as thought leader, partner and main source for company voice, pertaining to market positioning and corporate style
  • Develops impactful and durable messaging themes/storylines that can be leveraged consistently across marketing content and collateral
  • Manages a content pipeline, calendar, and deliverables
  • Expands on source content provided by leadership, Product and Sales Enablement teams, as well as other stakeholders
  • Drafts, edits and publishes core content, white papers, case studies, data sheets, blogs, and other original assets, including thought leadership materials
  • Fosters thought leadership efforts, from speakerships to byline industry publications

Web & Digital Content:

  • Drafts, edits, and collaborates on digital advertisements, website content, specialized landing pages, etc.
  • Works with leadership and Commercial Growth team to monitor and adjust message effectiveness
  • Helps manage pertinent social media efforts; from planning through execution

Public Relations:

  • Drafts, manages reviews, and finalizes press releases
  • Identifies, drafts, manages and edits awards submissions
  • Compiles, edits, and collaborates with subject matter experts on articles for external publication/opportunities
  • Manages rapid response opportunities, submissions, and approvals
  • Collaborates on management of external PR agencies in the US as needed

Sales Enablement:

  • Provides Sales team members with the technical and solution-based marketing materials and talking points
  • Builds, manages and updates a Sales Resources Library to include core sales decks, collateral, and other resources
  • Supports sales teams with customized content for specific opportunities
  • Drafts and manages channel collateral & co-branded assets


  • 8+ years of enterprise marketing experience with specific focus in B2B content creation to drive thought leadership and sales lead generation with measured results
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B healthcare SaaS
  • Experience in leading the writing, compiling, collaboration, editing, and production of effective marketing content including white papers, blogs, case studies, data sheets, web content, sales collateral, slide decks, channel collateral, press releases, speaking abstracts, awards submissions, videos, and webinars.
  • Effective collaboration with a remote team of content contributors, product experts, technologists, writers, and designers to create compelling and engaging content, including working closely with the Product and Growth teams to ensure that all content is effectively being consumed, generating leads, and optimized for SEO.
