Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager specializing in Regulatory Compliance, UDAAP, and CFPB’s Consumer Financial Protection Act regulations (Regulations A–Z). This position sits at the intersection of Compliance, Legal, and Third-Party Risk, and is responsible for building and managing core consumer protection controls, conducting regulatory reviews, and supporting the enablement of new financial products and services in a compliant manner.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Establish and manage the company’s error resolution function in alignment with Regulation E and applicable state consumer protection statutes.
- Review and approve client products, services, and workflows for compliance with consumer protection regulations.
- Escalate immediately any potential UDAAP, Reg E, or consumer harm risks per company policy.
- Review marketing materials, mobile apps, and websites for compliance with UDAAP and applicable federal/state laws.
- Collaborate with Legal, and Product teams during new product launches to validate required disclosures and consumer-facing workflows.
- Partner with the Third-Party Risk team to ensure due diligence and monitoring requirements are implemented.
- Coordinate regulatory exams and independent audits of consumer compliance areas.
- Maintain Alviere’s licensing portfolio and ensure state-level requirements are met on an ongoing basis.
- Coordinate and Process Advance Change Notifications of Control (new investors, new and removal of Control Persons or Directors from the Company).
A successful Compliance Manager, Regulatory Compliance will have the following:
- 5+ years of compliance experience, with a focus on consumer protection, UDAAP, and CFPB-regulated products.
- Understanding of Reg E, FCRA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and other CFPB Regulations A–Z.
- Demonstrated ability to identify regulatory risk, communicate findings to executives, and recommend solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with state-by-state consumer protection and money transmission laws.
- Experience supporting regulatory examinations and remediations.
- CRCM or other compliance certifications.
Pay Range: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00/Yearly

This role is also eligible to receive equity in the company.
