The Opportunity
Vandra is a start-up being incubated inside 1848 Ventures. We are offering a dynamic 12-week engagement, with a commitment of 40 hours per week, that holds the promise of evolving into a rewarding full-time employment opportunity.

Through the application of sophisticated AI and machine learning algorithms coupled with nudges grounded in behavioral science, Vandra enables brands to squeeze more sales out of their existing site traffic.
Vandra is seeking a results-driven growth marketer to serve as the point person for the development, testing, and refinement of our go-to-market strategy. This role calls for a person that thrives in a fast-paced, scrappy, start-up environment who can operate at multiple altitudes. We want a team member that is capable of crafting an lean, initial GTM strategy and is equally comfortable diving into the nitty-gritty execution of that strategy.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation Strategy
Create and execute comprehensive lead generation plans across diverse channels to cultivate a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.Demand Generation
Craft and implement compelling campaigns that educate, engage, and convert prospects, fueling demand for our transformative product.Performance Monitoring and Measurement
Implement capabilities to monitor and assess performance of growth marketing efforts and identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Experience / Qualifications
Prior experience working at or with start-ups or early-stage initiatives
Background in B2B marketing, preferably B2B SaaS
Ability to both develop a marketing / GTM strategy and execute on a strategy
Experience driving growth leveraging multiple tactics (e.g., content marketing, email, events/conferences, paid ads)
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with significant autonomy
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in the e-commerce space
