The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Revenue Manager to join our early-stage start-up focused on bringing enterprise-level AI and Machine Learning based Revenue Management technology solution to independent hotels and bed and breakfast inns. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing revenue performance, implementing pricing strategies, and maximizing profitability for our clients. Your expertise in revenue management and strong analytical mindset will be critical in driving the success of our solution.


  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies and pricing tactics to maximize revenue and profitability for independent hotels and bed and breakfast inns.
  • Utilize our AI and Machine Learning based Revenue Management platform to optimize daily rates and maximize revenue for our clients.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, market positioning, and target customer segments, and translate that information into revenue management strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR) to identify revenue growth opportunities and address any potential performance gaps.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction with our product and service.
  • Partner closely with the product development team to provide insights and feedback on solution enhancements based on industry needs and client feedback.
  • Deliver comprehensive and insightful reports to clients, showcasing the effectiveness of our Revenue Management solution and highlighting revenue growth opportunities.


  • Extensive experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry, preferably with a focus on independent hotels or bed and breakfast inns.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing revenue management strategies and delivering tangible results in optimizing revenue and profitability.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of revenue management principles, data analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Revenue Management technology solutions and tools to drive revenue optimization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex revenue management concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, act as a trusted advisor, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems related to Revenue Management is a plus.
